- General Provisions
Rule 101. Scope
These Federal Rules of Evidence (Mock Trial
Version) govern the trial proceedings of the Oregon
High School Mock Trial Competition.
Rule 102. Purpose and Construction
These Rules are intended to secure fairness
in administration of the trials, eliminate unjust
delay, and promote the laws of evidence so that
the truth may be ascertained.
